Hunter Computerized Wheel Alignment
Proper wheel alignment is essential for maintaining the condition of your tires. In fact, Henderson’s Line-Up has shown that wheel alignment that is off by as little as 1/8” equates to 28’ of side scrub per mile. Mainline has specialized in front and rear axle wheel alignment for over 30 years. Whether you own a pickup, or a tractor trailer we have the technology, training and equipment to handle the job.
With our unique 18' x 18' x 54” deep alignment pit and Hunter Computerized Wheel Alignment equipment, our truck repair technicians are able to quickly give your truck a perfect synchronized alignment. Our wireless R811 Hunter alignment machine sends a radio signal from the vehicle wheel sensors to the computer. The Windows XP Professional computer then processes the information providing your vehicle with the
most accurate alignment possible.
Using the R811, the set-up time is much faster. This enables us to align your vehicle faster and more efficiently getting your vehicle back on the road quicker.
Along with the alignment we inspect and adjust caster, toe, thrust, scrub angles and frame offsets to verify proper steering, suspension and alignment needs are met. Extending the tire life and improving the handling of your commercial truck.
After the alignment is completed, you’ll be given:
- the prior setting on both front and rear axles,
- the manufacturer’s factory specifications for the proper setting
- your vehicle’s settings after the alignment is completed
This information is then stored in our data base for future reference. We can retrieve this information by using your vin number or service repair order.

Annual DOT Inspection
Mainline is an official DOT inspection site
Mainline is an official DOT inspection site that meets and or exceeds the state requirements to perform annual inspections on commercial motor vehicles. If you are a private carrier or have a large fleet, we have the bandwidth to perform DOT inspections onsite at your facility or at our own. Our truck repair shop technicians can identify and repair any small vehicle defects or out of service failures and ensure all parts and components of your truck are in good working condition.
After the inspection, a decal will be attached to the vehicle with the date of the passed inspection and unit number. .
